CoroNet is a leading New Zealand rural Secondary and Area School ICT Professional Development cluster delivering distance eLearning by videoconferencing (VC) and ICT Professional Development for teachers across our nine cluster schools.
We are committed to sharing and collaborating with all clusters nationally. CoroNet is part of a wider network of cluster schools, tertiary institutes and training providers offering courses to our students nationally. This distance learning education network is supported by the Virtual Learning Network (Ministry of Education). Our eLearning (VC) School enables us to provide a wide range of subject choices across the week for our rural students.
CoroNet's collaborative Professional Learning programmes are quite diverse and developing to meet the needs of the 21st Century learner and teacher.
The CoroNet Team is represented by principals and teachers from all cluster schools. Leadership is distributed and shared across the cluster.
