			As the CoroNet Lead Principal, John chairs the Principals' Policy Committee.  John has been Principal at Morrinsville College for the past twelve years and so is very experienced as a school leader.  He is passionate about education and pedagogical change to meet the needs of our 21st Century learners.

Phil Buchanan			ePrincipal
			Phil has led CoroNet since the start in 2002, in close collaboration with the principals and lead teachers.  As Lead teacher for Te Aroha College he also oversaw much of its development in ICT integration and professional development in the early years.

			Jan has been involved with CoroNet since 2002.  She has worked as a Lead Teacher at Mercury Bay Area School and as the eDean for the VC School.
